A session online consists of finding and gathering what you have available at home to help, stretches, notes, specific directions for your unique situation as well as notes and video of the session. Isolated stretches, MET, MLD, balls, cupping, Gua Sha techniques and cupping are all used for your unique needs. If you have a person living with you, do a online session together and I an give you tips on how to help each other and apply correct tools to keep each other happy and moving well. Sometimes my notes are rudimentary like below and often you have links, and anatomical photos of a higher quality in your notes. All this is part of one session and the good news is if you want, you can come in your jammies !!
